Dalylla and
Cimycath's weyr

You enter the weyr and stare around you. The walls are of the normal green stone, but in this weyr they are slightly different. There are streaks of jade traveling down the sides of the walls in all directions, forming a type of net. "Beautiful, isn't it? Some of these older weyrs are riddled with lines of precious stones. They were here when this Weyr was carved here." You turn around to see a girl watching you. She is of medium heigth, and her raven black hair is tied behind her head in a messy bun. Wisps of her thick hair hang around her eyes, which are the same dark color. She regards you curiously for a moment then smiles. "Of course! You must be here to see Cimycath and myself, come this way."
She walks down the hall and stops. Motioning for you to look into the room at her right, you see a small green dragon curled up on the couch. When she sees you she sits up, fanning her wings and regarding you for a moment.

She extends her hand, which you find has a surprisingly strong grip. "Well, this is my dear Cimy. She's grown a lot, she's finally an adult. No more training from J'simo." She grimaces, winking at you to show that she is just kidding. "I picked this weyr because of it's beautiful wall decorations, and I haven't needed anything else but Cimycath."
She stops at a table, offering you a chair. She then takes one across from you, and sits facing you. "My name is Dalylla, and I'm also a Journeywoman Gemcrafter other than being Cimycath's rider."
You look around the room, and begin to wonder if she has a liking to the color green. She has a green quilt on her bed, and sitting on top of it was a small brown firelizard. He blinked at you for a moment before jumping up and disappearing /between/.

"That's Nite, isn't he cute? I Impressed him when I was twelve, and he got his name because he liked to keep me up at night. I couldn't spell well back then, hence the name." She grins, looking fondly where the firelizard had been.
"I was actually tricked into Apply for Candidacy by my mother, though I don't have any complaints now." She turns to look in the direction of Cimycath's room. "It's an interesting story kind of, and if you'd like to hear it sometime I'd be glad to tell you it."

"Let's see here. My mother is also a greenrider here, her name is Lilea. She met my father when she was an Apprentice Gemcrafter, before she Impressed. My father's name is Lyted, and he's a Master Gemcrafter. I Apprenticed to him when I was twelve, until I became a Candidate and then a greenrider."
She paused, thinking for a moment before opening her mouth again. "I love gems, and my specialty while I was an Apprentice was noticing the imperfections. I have one brother, and he's a Woodcrafter at Asura Hold. His name is Dayden. He's fifteen, so I'm four years older than he is. Before I Impressed, I had my craft to fall back on. I did hope that one of the little dragonets of Gillith's clutch would find me suitable, and Cimy did indeed!"
She adds the last part with a wide grin and stands up with one quick movement. She extends her hand to you again. You can know see that it is heavily callused with so much stone work. You take it and smile as she mentions how much she enjoyed your company.

As you are walking out you notice a room you hadn't before. It's closed off by a small curtain that blends into the wall next to the door to Cimycath's ledge and room. Dalylla sweeps it to the side and grins as your eyes widen. "This is all of my equipment I need for Cimycath and myself. It's a lot, but she's worth it. We don't have any firestone, but we don't have any need of it here."
She lets the curtain fall back into place and waves at you as you wander off to look at another weyr.
