Later... {{Uh-oh, 'Vi. Incoming from the Dining Caverns.}} The gold sounded annoyed, about as much as her rider looked when those words came to her. She turned her head, blue eyes whirling as they watched someone break off from a group of people, one of which was pointing at Gayliv. The person was smiling lightly as they jogged towards her. "Not another one..." Gaylvi frowned as the person approached. She took a step forward, pushing her dark blonde, almost brown, hair behind her shoulders and narrowing her thin brows at them. With her hands on her almost non-existant hips, she faces the person. "Before you say a thing, I should say something. I saw your friends over there pointing, so if you're here to bug the looney goldrider about the little voices in her head you should probably turn around." The person, you, stare at her with wide eyes. "I... was just coming to see the newest goldrider. You are Gaylvi, are you not?" You take a step back, wondering if perhaps this wasn't such a good idea. Weyrwoman Kayan had said that you should get to know the people in the Weyr, seeing as how you had just achieved your Journeyman and had been planning on your residency being at the Weyr. "I am." She regards you skeptically for a moment, then lowers her arms and starts to walk. "If you don't mind, however, Nemsiath needs to be oiled." She nods towards the gold dragon, who has one pair of eyelids already closing drowsily. Nemsiath watches the pair of you, then starts towards the weyr she shares with Gaylvi. "Of course!" You smile, relieved that it appears you haven't just walked into a tyrant after all. You introduce yourself and she shakes your hand with her small one. "It's a pleasure, Goldrider. It seems you've made yourself an Impression to a very beautiful dragon." You smile, looking at the gold who sleepily enters the weyr as you and Gaylvi go to catch up. {{Oooohhh... I like them. I like them a lot.}} Gaylvi smiles, something that surprises you. It's not a far distance towards the Lower Caverns, and she disappears inside for a moment. When she comes back out of one of the doorways, she's carrying a bucket of oil and a large clothe. "Here, hold this." She hands you the bucket, which is heavier than it looks, and starts walking towards her queen's weyr. She takes you inside, then sets to the task of oiling the young queen. You try several times to ask her questions, but she usually ends up asking you to either hold the bucket for her or to wait for just a moment. She also seems fairly preoccupied. When she was finally done, she motioned a hand back towards the small living cavern attatched to the dragon cavern itself. You follow her ducking behind the blue curtain. ¦¦~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~¦¦ "Rhet tells me that you walked your Journeyman not to long ago. Congratulations." She speaks as she walks over towards her bed. She takes a seat and leans back against the headboard. You walk over to the table, watching her curiously. "Yes, actually. If you don't mind me asking, who's Rhet? And when did she tell you?" You gaze at her suspiciously. She didn't seem to know you when you'd walked up earlier... Gaylvi sighs, shaking her head. "Knew I shouldn't have said it." She sits up a bit straighter, staring at you. "You remember I talked about the voices in my head earlier? Well, Rhet is short for green Rhettath. My sister Gellyn's green. The voices are dragons." "You talk to dragons?!" Your eyes widen. Wasn't this only something you heard of in records?
